The traditional Japanese tea ceremony centers on the preparation, serving and drinking of matcha as hot tea, and embodies a meditative spirituality.
Blends of matcha are given poetic names known as chamei ("tea names") either by the producing plantation, shop, or creator of the blend, or by the grand master of a particular tea tradition. Fun fact: When a blend is named by the grand master of a tea ceremony lineage, it becomes known as the master's konomi.
Tea has been around for centuries and is known for its many health benefits. Microground tea is a new, innovative way to enjoy all the benefits of tea without any of the hassle. Just add water and enjoy! It's perfect for on-the-go lifestyles and can be enjoyed hot or cold.

I used to hit a slump around 2 p.m. and reach for whatever coffee was nearby. Now I look forward to making this matcha instead. It’s smooth, never bitter, and doesn’t give me the jitters. Honestly feels like a treat I get to enjoy every day...
Really high quality, and so easy to make too
