London fog is a hot tea-based drink that consists of Earl Grey tea, steamed milk, and vanilla syrup. It was invented in Vancouver, Canada, in the 1990s by Mary Loria. After inventing the drink, she began ordering the drink at other cafes and recommending it to others. The trend spread. Despite conceiving the drink herself, Loria does not know who created the name. The term 'fog' refers to the steamed milk. Fun fact,  In Scotland, this drink is known as a "Vancouver Fog."

Tea has been around for centuries and is known for its many health benefits. Microground teas are the new and innovative way to enjoy all the benefits of tea without any of the hassles of teabags or tea leaves, and better still, in an instant. My new go to London fog !

I am in love with this product and can’t get enough. I received it as a birthday gift recently from a friend. I was unsure of what taste I would be getting since I’ve never had microground tea. I was surprised at the subtle sweetness as I thought I’d have to add sugar. The flavour is wonderful and honestly the best London fog I’ve had! This is so easy to make, tastes amazing and my new go to for my morning tea.

Quick Easy and Delicious

The taste of Early Gray tea was pronounce but not overpowering, Great aroma and zero bitterness from the tea leaves. To my surprise the tea is sweetened. I usually drink my tea/coffee without sugar so I was a little apprehensive at first but after my first cup I found the sweetness to be just right. It was lightly sweetened and did not interfere with the taste of the tea.

The tea leaves were grounded to a size lager than you would find in a normal tea bag. This was great because the leaves stayed at the bottom on my cup and did not float up into my mouth while drinking. To complete my London Fog experience I top up my drink with frothed whole milk from an Aeroccino.

I would defiantly recommend this to anyone who wants a great tasting tea without the hassle.
